Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Office helps to protect the Village of LeRoy public’s well-being and enhance the quality of life by enforcing the health, safety, zoning and sanitation codes.
Village Code Enforcement Officers work out of the Town of LeRoy offices at 48 Main Street and information can be found on the Town website, including fee schedule, building permit applications, area variance applications, etc. Information for the joint Town/Village Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals can also be found at the link below.
